PLAN TO BE HAPPY - sounds contrived? Keep reading, its science….

What determines your happiness? Most people would probably answer “circumstances” understandably. If you dislike your job, or lose someone you love it can hugely impact your happiness so this is a completely logical and has got to be the correct answer right? WRONG.

Happiness is determined by 3 main factors - 50% genetics, only 10% circumstances and….. 40% intentional behaviour or choice. We cannot influence our genetics, we can in some cases change our circumstances but GREAT NEWS - we can always change our behaviour and choices!

AND Happier people live longer, suffer few health problems and maintain better relationships so seriously, why would you not try?

Everyone’s situation is different but research suggests these 10 things depicted on the info graphics consistently tend to have a positive impact on people’s happiness and wellbeing… take a look and see how many you are doing and how much more you could do to take control and increase your happiness ??
