MINI FIT is a fun and energetic sports based programme. Introducing children to the world of sport and fitness. Increasing flexibility, strength, endurance and confidence.
The National Association for Sport and Physical Education (NASPE) offers these activity guidelines for infants, toddlers and preschoolers

Mini Fit is designed for children aged between 2 and 5.
Mini Fit classes last around 45 minutes.
Each week we will finish the class with a small presentation
Refreshments will be available throughout the class.
